<p>To view the Purchase Form Page, click "PURCHASE FORM 2025/2026."<br>Click "Start Form" after selecting the form.</p>

<p>After entering your information, click "Submit."<br>Save the login credentials that were generated.<br>To process payment, click "Make Payment" after logging in to the student dashboard.<br>Once payment has been received, click "Next" to upload your passport photo and complete other fields, such as Guardian Information.<br>Apply.<br>To get a copy of the filled-out form for your files and future use, click "Print."</p>
