<p>The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) is resuming its Foreign Post Graduate Scholarship Program in an attempt to improve Human Resource Development in the Niger Delta area. By providing them with pertinent training and skills, this program aims to enable young people in the area to participate effectively in the Federal Government's Local Content Program. </p>

<p>To assist the region's developmental requirements, the scholarship seeks to generate a new generation of academically educated and trained labor.</p>

<p>Applicants must be native to the Niger Delta Region, be under forty (40) years old, have a Bachelor's degree with at least a second-class lower division, have finished the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), or have a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) with at least an upper credit in to be eligible for the scholarship.</p>
